Constellation Engineering was contracted by a client in West Africa to manufacture a test rig to enable them to test OCIMF marine hoses onshore and offshore.
The completely self-contained hose test unit was supplied with suitably sized pumps and telemetry to test both OCIMF 1991 and GMPHOM 2009 hoses in accordance with the SMOG 2015 guidelines.
The test rig was integrated into a fully certified to DNV 2.7-1 mini container, specifically designed for offshore lifting and operation.
This fully lockable unit is extremely robust and is designed to provide the client with years of trouble free, reliable service.
