Integrity Testing

When the hose string has been assembled, the integrity of the bolted joints and connections are tested.

Constellation Engineering equipment has adequately sized pumps to fill, add tracer dye, and pressure tests the largest of hose strings. Rigs are fitted with on-board telemetry to record pressure test results and measure the decay of the pressure in the hose string.

We are able to provide historical data showing expected pressure decay in line during testing.
