James Plastow
Managing Director
James Plastow (ING) is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in Engineering and Sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He holds a PG Dip in Business Management Administration. Having founded the company in 2007, his time is spent between the Isle of Man and South African offices, with time in between for his wife and four children.
Werner Schulz
Technical Director
Werner Schulz is a mechanical engineer specialised in precision components, with over 20 years’ experience in design, prototyping and manufacturing. He joined Constellation Engineering as a partner in 2009 and is an avid cyclist. Werner and James studied Mechanical Engineering together in Cape Town, and have been friends since 1995.
