Constellation Engineering was contracted to provide onsite support, training and equipment supply services for Total E&P in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
The scope of work consisted of:
- Recertifying a the clients hose string in accordance with the SMOG 2015 guidelines
- Providing a full condition report and repairing any damage to the outer cover
- Training of local staff in hose repair methods
- Supply of all repair kits and materials
Constellation Engineering supplied two Floating Hose Repair Kits with sufficient replacement floatation and vulcanisation materials to repair 12 x 24” floating hoses.
Training was provided on site and consisted of theory and practical components.
Hoses were recertified and testing was completed ahead of schedule – another happy client!
